Proper fitment is absolutely crucial for STAIHARD to be 100% effective. We collect 6 points of measurement which allow our master craftsmen to create and perfect your fully custom piece. Because of the meticulous craftsmanship each piece takes upwards of 40 man hours to complete.

After placing your order you will instantly receive your receipt as well as a e-mail questionnaire in regard to the measurements. Following the guide above you will fill out the form and send it back to get the process started.

Using the guides provided below you are able to see the measuring points and our suggestions on how you should go about proper measurment. Following these as closely as possible will ensure 100% effectiveness.

Collecting the 4 measurments;

All measurements will be collected in millimeters (mm) for best accuracy instead of using a sizing chart. Collection should be done with the penis at it’s most flaccid state.

L1: Top measurement of length from pelvic bone to end of shaft before the glans.

To achieve the most accurate measurement we recommend using our measuring loop which is provided with our information package. Alternatively, you can use a shoe string or similar type of yarn that is soft and sterile. Make a loop over the glans and gently pull back to elongate the penis to it’s full length. Pulling too hard may cause damage and improper measurements.

L2: Bottom measurement of length from scrotum until the glans.

Using the same method as in the previous step measure the lower shaft length.

C1: Circumference of the penis at the top of the shaft before the glans.

Following the curvature of the glans rim measure the circumference with the measuring loop making a mark on the loop. Lay the marked string over a ruler to determine the circumference in millimeter (mm).

C2: Circumference of the penis – base of the shaft.

Gently push the scrotum back and measure the circumference of the base of the shaft using the same method as above in millimeters (mm).

In addition, you will be asked whether or not you are circumcised and to list any other anatomical abnormalities such as curvature, bumps and or areas of extreme sensitivity. To better the outcome we request you provide as much detail as possible even include a picture or diagram to the description.

If we have any questions we will follow up to ensure proper data collection.
